§ 154.210 ADVERTISING ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS.

No billboard shall be permitted adjacent to interstate or limited-access highways except in conformance with the setback requirements established by the Federal Bureau of Public Roads, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, and the requirements of this chapter.
