(A) No person shall hunt or engage in the act of hunting any wildlife of any kind upon any real estate owned or occupied by the Board and/or the Morehead-Rowan County Airport.
(B) No person shall discharge any firearm of any sort upon any property owned by or used by the Board and/or the Morehead-Rowan County Airport; provided however, an official authorized to do so in the course and scope of his employment is expected from this prohibition.
