§ 34.161 MEMBERSHIP; APPOINTMENTS.

(A) The Morehead-Rowan County Airport Board (hereinafter Board) shall consist of ten (10) members. Five (5) members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor of the city without approval of the legislative body.

(B) Five (5) members of the Board shall be appointed by the County Judge Executive without approval of the other members of fiscal court.
