§ 34.122 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   There is hereby created within the city pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to KRS 65.8839 a City of Morehead Code Enforcement Board (hereinafter "Code Enforcement Board") which shall be composed of five (5) members, all of whom shall be residents of the city for a period of at least one (1) year prior to their appointment and shall reside there throughout the term in office.
