§ 34.117 OFFICERS.
   Officers of the Commission shall consist of a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson, appointed by the Mayor, and other officers elected by the Commission. Their duties shall be as implied by their respective titles and as may be specified in the by-laws. The Commission shall determine its own rules and order of business and shall provide for keeping a record of its proceedings.
