§ 34.94 JOINT AGREEMENTS, MULTI-MUNICIPAL COMPACTS.

The Transit Authority of Morehead-Rowan County is authorized and empowered to enter into joint agreement multi-municipal compacts with all other units of government for the acquisition, maintenance, and operation of mass transportation facilities and is otherwise authorized to conduct mass transportation programs as prescribed by KRS Ch. 96A.
