The Transit Authority of Morehead-Rowan County shall file with the City of Morehead and the County of Rowan an annual budget of current expenses and an annual report, together with such other periodic reports and data as such public bodies may reasonably require and prescribe, and shall comply with any other accountability requirements as prescribed by KRS 96A.360.
