§ 34.66 MEMBERSHIP.
   The Industrial Development Authority created herein shall be composed of six members, three of whom shall be nominated by the Mayor and approved by the City Council, and three members of which shall be nominated by the County Judge/Executive of Rowan County and approved by the Rowan County Fiscal Court.
