§ 34.35 CREATION OF COMMISSION.
   There is created, pursuant to KRS 91A.350 and 91A.360, the Morehead-Rowan County Recreation, Tourist, and Convention Commission, which commission is established for the purpose of promoting recreation, tourist, and convention activity in Morehead and Rowan County.
