§ 34.15 CREATION OF URBAN RENEWAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
   (A)   The City Council, with the passage of this resolution, creates an agency as authorized by KRS 99.350.
   (B)   The agency as created shall have all powers, functions, and duties but only those powers, functions, and duties authorized by KRS 99.350 to 99.590.
   (C)   The agency herein created shall be known as the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency of the city.
