§ 34.05 CREATION OF MUNICIPAL HOUSING COMMISSION.
   (A)   A housing commission is created for the city. The name of the commission shall be the Morehead Municipal Housing Commission.
   (B)   The members of the Municipal Housing Commission shall serve without pay but shall be entitled to necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties. (Ord. passed 3-25-58)
