351.09 MAXIMUM 48 HOUR STREET PARKING.
   (a)    No person who is the owner, agent, operator or other person in charge of any vehicle or trailer shall permit such vehicle or attached trailer to remain parked, standing or abandoned upon any street for a continuous period longer than forty-eight hours. This section shall not be construed as affecting any other parking regulation now in effect or that may hereafter become effective but as an additional parking limitation. The purpose of this section is to prohibit continuous long-time parking and the storage of vehicles and attached trailers on the streets of the City.
   (b)    For the purposes of this section, the term "trailer" in subsection (a) shall refer to any vehicle meeting the definition set forth in Section 301.48 of this code, or as articulated in Chapter 4511.0l(M) of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (c)    For the purposes of this section, the term "vehicle" in subsection (a) shall refer to any vehicle meeting the definition set forth in Section 301.51 of this code, or as articulated in
Chapter 4511.0l(A) of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fomth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (e)   Vehicles and attached trailers that remain parked, standing, or abandoned upon any street for a continuous period of forty-eight hours are hereby designated as obstructions to traffic, and may be removed from the public right of way in the manner set forth by Section 351.01 of this code.
