(a) There shall be no lockout on the part of the City, nor any strike, stoppage, slowdown or other interruption of work for any cause whatsoever by the employees or by the union during the term of any agreement.
(b) Any action by any employee or employees in violation of the provisions of subsection (a) hereof shall constitute grounds for immediate discharge or other discipline of the employee or employees involved as the City determines.
