155.03 EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS.

All employees, upon application and approval by the City Manager, shall be reimbursed for all necessary expenses incurred while attending schools of instruction, institutes, conventions of an educational nature or matters related to the art and science of their particular employment with the City.
