1420.03 INSPECTION AND DETERMINATION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   Whenever the Chief Code Official has a reasonable basis to believe the existence of conditions constituting a public nuisance upon premises within the City, he or she shall promptly cause the premises on which the suspected public nuisance exists to be inspected. The Fire Chief, upon request of the Chief Code Official, may inspect or cause to be inspected the premises upon which the public nuisance is believed to exist. A written nuisance report of such inspection and findings shall be filed with the office of the Chief Code Official. Photographic and/or video evidence obtained of the existence of the public nuisance will be filed with the nuisance report.
