151.03 TREASURY INVESTMENT COMMITTEE.

A Treasury Investment Committee as established under Moraine Codified Ordinances Chapter 152 shall review investments and advise the investing authority of the City in order to ensure the best and safest return of funds available to the City for deposit or investment.
