SECTION 10.16 NONSUBSTANTIVE CHANGES.

The Council is granted the authority by ordinance to provide for nonsubstantive changes in the language of this Charter, including but not limited to changes to make the Charter gender neutral and to provide for renumbering of Sections and Articles as necessary. (Amended 11-08-1988; 11-06-2018)
