147.01 SCHEDULE OF FEES.

(a) Filing Fees. At the time of submission of the following to the Board of Zoning Appeals, the applicant shall pay a filing fee to the City in the amount shown below:

(1) At the time of submission of the application for special exceptions or variances, the applicant shall pay a filing fee to the City in the amount of one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00).
