145.03 SCHEDULE OF FEES.
   (a)    Filing Fees. At the time of submission of the following to the Planning Commission, the applicant shall pay a filing fee to the City in the amount shown below:
      (1)    Subdivisions.
         A.   Preliminary Plan. Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per plan.
         B.    Final Plan. Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for the first three acres,and two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) for every tenth of an acre thereafter.
         C.   Minor Subdivision. Seventy five dollars ($75.00) per plan. This fee may be paid in lieu of the Final Plat fee for subdivisions proposing a Lot split, Lot Combination, or other Lot reconfiguration involving the creation or consolidation of three (3) or fewer lots, provided that such subdivisions meet the requirements for final plats as set forth in Section 1111.07.

      (2)    District Changes and Code Amendments.
         A.   District Change. Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per application.
         B.   Text Amendment. One hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) per application.
