The Planning Commission as provided by Charter Section 7.2 shall be the Platting Commission, and shall provide regulations governing the platting of all lands to require all streets and alleys to be the proper width and coterminous with adjoining streets and alleys, and shall make recommendations to Council as to compliance with all ordinances of the City now or hereafter enacted relative to the subdivision of land within the City.
