(a) The Ohio Building Code as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards ("OBBS") inclusive of applicable provisions of NFPA 70, National Electrical Code, shall apply and be enforced within the City of Moraine, Ohio.
(b) The City may contract with public or private agencies employing personnel holding valid certificates of competency as electrical safety inspectors to undertake inspections of electrical work performed within the City of Moraine to confirm compliance with requirements of the Ohio Building Code.
(c) In the event that the City contracts with public agencies for said electrical inspection services, fees charged shall be as provided by said public agency. If the City undertakes the services through its own personnel or contracts with a private agency to undertake such inspections the fee schedule shall be as follows:
