127.01 DUTIES.
   The City Clerk shall have the following duties:
   (a)    Keep a regular and correct journal of the proceedings of Council.
   (b)    Have custody of all laws, ordinances and resolutions of the City and shall carefully record the same in the proper books for that purpose.
   (c)    See that all ordinances, resolutions, notices and other matters requiring publication are properly and correctly published as provided by the Charter, ordinances and resolutions of the City and shall be responsible for carrying out any rules established by Council under Ohio's Open Meeting Law.
   (d)    Furnish all transcripts, orders and certificates, which may be properly required of her; shall prepare the agenda for every meeting of Council and shall attend to all correspondence incidental to the office and maintain a file of same.
   (e)    Act as clerk for any temporary committees of Council. She shall have charge of all books, papers, correspondence and documents pertaining to her office or ordered to be kept on file therein.
   (f)    Be the codifier of the general ordinances of the City and shall attend to the codifications required by Charter Section 10.15.
   (g)    Perform such other duties as are or may hereafter be required by law, or by ordinance or resolution, or order of Council, and shall perform all duties required by the Charter.
