As provided by Charter Section 4.4, all ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law or ordinances to be published, shall be published by posting copies thereof in not less than three of the most public places in the City as follows:
(a) Payne Recreation Center
(b) The Gerhardt Civic Center
(c) Municipal Building
(d) Family Market until December 31, 2001
