(a) Meetings shall be attended by the members of the Committee and by the Finance Director, City Manager, Law Director and Clerk of Council. Minutes shall be kept by the Clerk. Meetings shall be held quarterly in January, April, July, and October and at such other times as may be requested by any member or by the Finance Director or City Manager. The Mayor shall be chairperson and the Chair of the Finance Committee shall be vice chairperson.
(b) On at least an annual basis, the Committee shall meet with all investment advisors providing investment services to the City. (Ord. 1764-10. Passed 5-27-10.)
