The Treasury Investment Committee shall provide assistance, consultation, oversight and recommendation concerning short-term and long-term investments of City funds not immediately required for City operations. The Committee shall make recommendations to Council concerning investment matters including adoption and revision from time to time of the City's Investment Policy.
