(a) The designation of duty in this chapter shall not relieve any other department officer or employee of the City of any power or duty conferred upon it or him by law or ordinance.
(b) The Fire Marshal shall assist the Building Official in the enforcement of the Ohio Basic Building Code and Mechanical Code as they relate to fire protection.
