1511.03 APPOINTMENT OF FIRE MARSHAL AND FIRE SAFETY INSPECTORS.

The City Manager shall designate an officer of the Fire Department as Director of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, to be known as the Fire Marshal. The Fire Chief shall designate such other officers and members of the Department as he may, from time to time, deem necessary as Fire Safety Inspectors. The Fire Safety Inspectors shall perform other duties incident to the operation of the Bureau.
