(a) Pursuant to Moraine Codified Ordinances Section 123.03, the Ohio Fire Code (2017 ed.) set forth at Ohio Administrative Code Section 1301:7-7-01 et. seq., is hereby adopted in its entirety as the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Moraine. The Ohio Fire Code adopted by reference herein and made a part of this Chapter shall have the same force and effect as if set forth in full herein. (Ord. 2048-19. Passed 10-10-19.)
(b) Pursuant to Moraine Codified Ordinances Section 123.03, Section 1.14 entitled Emergency Alarm Systems of the Southwest Ohio Fire Safety Council Unified Fire Code is hereby adopted as a supplement and addition to the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Moraine. Section 1.14 adopted by reference herein and made a part of this Chapter shall have the same force and effect as if set forth in full herein.
