1406.06 HEARING.

Any person ordered to take emergency measures shall comply with such order forthwith. Any affected person shall thereafter, upon petition be directed to the Board of Zoning Appeals. See Chapter 1408. (Ord. 1459-02. Passed 5-9-02.)
