1321.03 CONNECTIONS AND POWER AFTER APPROVAL.

The Dayton Power and Light Company is hereby authorized to make connections with and provide electrical energy to such installations as are approved by the Montgomery County Building Inspection Department, Electrical Inspection Division, countersigned by the Building and Zoning Inspector of the City of Moraine. (Ord. 353. Passed 6-28-72.)
