The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Montgomery County Building Inspections Department to handle all electrical inspections within the City of Moraine, and charges for such services paid by the applicant shall be in accordance with the electrical permit fee schedule of Montgomery County, Ohio. All such charges shall be assessed against the person, firm or corporation requesting such services. (Ord. 353. Passed 6-28-72.)
