Council hereby determines that the City of Moraine shall be redistricted to consist of four wards, designated numerically as Wards 1-A through 4-A inclusive. Such wards shall consist of such territory as shown on the “Official Ward Map of the City of Moraine” attached to original Ordinance 1005-93 and made a part hereof, and for purposes of identification marked as Exhibit "A".
