(a) A system of continuous lot numbering for the lots and parcels of real estate situated within the City of Moraine is hereby established.
(b) The Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this section to the County Engineer, the County Recorder, the County Auditor, the County Plan Board, and the Building Inspector and the Manager of the City of Moraine, and such other governmental authorities as may be in need of the same.
