1123.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Except as otherwise provided, whoever locates, erects, constructs, reconstructs, enlarges, changes, maintains or uses any building or land in violation of any provision of this Zoning Code, or any amendment or supplement thereto, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 82. Passed 11-14-60.)
   (b)    No person shall violate or continue to violate any provision of Section 1123.05. Any such violation shall constitute a fourth degree misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or both. A second violation and every violation thereafter shall constitute a third degree misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment of not more than sixty (60) days or both.    (c)    Whoever erects or maintains any sign or advertising device in violation of Chapter 1189 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a second or any subsequent offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
