If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this Zoning Code is, for any reason, held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Zoning Code, and all uses illegal under prior zoning ordinances and the zoning resolution of Moraine Township, and existing at the effective date of this Code (November 14,1960) are not validated hereby, except in such cases where specifically amended or changed.
