1121.02 CONFLICT; GREATER RESTRICTIONS TO CONTROL.

In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this Zoning Code shall be held to be the minimum requirements. Where this Zoning Code imposes a greater restriction than is imposed or required by other provisions of law, or by other City ordinances, rules, regulations or resolutions, the provisions of this Zoning Code shall apply.
