SECTION 10.9 OFFICIAL BONDS.

The Council shall determine whether any officer, clerk or employee shall give a bond and the amount thereof, which bond shall be procured from a regularly accredited surety company authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Ohio. Premiums on such bonds shall be paid by the City. (Amended 11-06-2018)
