Council, upon recommendation by the Planning Commission and approval of all administrative officials, does hereby adopt a Thoroughfare Plan in and for the corporate limits of the City of Moraine. Such Thoroughfare Plan is incorporated herein by reference as if drawn into this chapter and made a part hereof. The Thoroughfare Plan, for further identification, is approved and adopted as a part of the "Comprehensive Plan for Moraine, Ohio 1995-2015" with an adoption date of 1995, and the same shall be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Montgomery County for public record.
