927.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 576. Passed 6-12-80.)
