927.07 NUMBER OF SANITARY LANDFILL OPERATIONS.

Due to the nature of sanitary landfill operations, and the limited amount of land area within the City, only one such operation shall be permitted at any time. Any applications for a permit to conduct a sanitary landfill operation made while there is at such time such an operation being conducted shall be kept on file in the order in which received.
