927.02 DECISION BY COUNCIL.

Council shall within thirty days of receipt of the Planning Commission's recommendation approve or disapprove the application for the permit, which action shall be in the form of a resolution. Council shall attach the rules and regulations contained in this chapter as a condition to the issuance of any permit hereunder.
