The City is not required to and shall not pick up the following named materials during regular and/or special collections:
(a) Any toxic waste materials as defined by State or Federal law;
(b) Stoves, hot water heaters, washing machines and dryers, television sets exceeding one of each item per household per year;
(c) Auto parts: bodies, fenders, engines, hoods, seats, bumpers, transmissions, car or truck tires, batteries, fuel tanks, etc.;
(d) Motor oil, transmission fluid, lubricants, in containers or tanks used to hold same exceeding one gallon capacity;
(e) Tree limbs, shrubbery and other wood products exceeding six inches in diameter and four feet in length; grass clippings, weeds, leaves, plants, clippings from hedges and shrubs, weeds and similar yard waste;
(f) Swing sets that have not been disassembled;
(g) Any materials the Street Superintendent determines do not belong to residents of the City;
(h) Any materials deposited on vacant lots within the City from off the lot sources; or
(i) Refrigerators, stationary air conditioners, freezers or any other item that contains chloroflurocarbon, certain hydrochloroflurocarbon substances, or other ozone depleting substances.
