921.01 PAYMENT OF RESIDENTIAL CHARGES AND FEES.
   The following is the policy of Council regarding the payment of waste disposal charges and fees for residential services within the City.
   (a)    The City shall continue to pay for the collection and hauling of residential garbage and waste material within the City.
   (b)    The City shall continue to pay all tippage fees currently charged for disposal at County facilities and any increase charged by the County for residential garbage and waste within the City.
