911.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for the first offense and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each and every subsequent offense. Each day during which such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
