911.04 DISCHARGING POLLUTANTS INTO SEWAGE SYSTEM.

No person, firm or corporation within the City shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof run-off, sub-surface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water, or unpolluted industrial process water into any sanitary sewer within the City. (Ord. 271. Passed 11-12-68.)
