751.15 RENEWAL OF LICENSES.

Any taxicab driver or operator desiring to continue in the business of operating or the driving of a taxicab after the expiration of the period licensed shall between June 1 and June 30, apply for the renewal of his license and the renewal license shall be issued in the same manner and upon the same conditions as prescribed herein for an original license.
