751.13 FORM OF DRIVER'S LICENSE.

The Finance Director shall file and keep a complete record of all drivers’ applications, fees paid and licenses issued, with the name and address of each licensee and the name and business address of his employer. The license shall be in such form as the Finance Director shall prescribe. (Ord. 390. Passed 6-20-73.)
