Any Adult Entertainment Establishment operating at the effective date of this section in violation of Section 734.04 above shall be allowed to continue operating without compliance herewith for an amortization period of six (6) months. Six months after this section becomes effective, all Adult Entertainment Establishments must fully comply with all of the provisions of this chapter, including Section 734.04 above or be subject to the penalty provisions set forth herein.
