(a) Only one classification of a sexually oriented businesses may be operated on any one Permitted Premises.
(b) Businesses subject to sexually oriented business licensing are classified as follows:
(1) Adult arcades;
(2) Adult bookstores, adult novelty stores, or adult video stores;
(3) Adult cabaret;
(4) Adult motel;
(5) Adult motion picture theaters;
(6) Adult theaters;
(7) Escort agency;
(8) Massage parlor;
(9) Nude model studios;
(10) Sexual encounter centers.
