709.05 PERMIT FOR PUBLIC DANCING AND ROLLER SKATING.

No person shall give a public dance, dancing exhibition, roller skating or like entertainment without first obtaining a permit from the City Manager if such entertainment is given within the limits of the City. All permits issued under this section are subject to revocation at all times.
